Museum Studio was appointed to fabricate and install all interpretative installations at the Iconic new Oman Botanic Gardens site. The Gardens have been developed to both educate and inspire, with interpretation guiding visitors through the Garden’s landscapes and buildings while deepening their understanding of Oman’s botanical heritage and conservation efforts.
We were appointed to construct, supply, install, test and commission all interpretative elements – from interactives, models, furniture, graphics and installations.
This work ranged from the creation and installation of physical displays and production of graphics to the programming and generation of media pieces. The installations span iconic spaces such as the Northern Biome entrance hall to graphic displays, interactive objects and installations which extend the storytelling throughout indoor pathways and outdoor landscapes.
The teams are managing multiple specialist partners, coordinating audio-visual hardware, custom software, graphic production, branding, and mobile app integration. The resulting interpretation will cement Oman Botanic Garden’s position as a landmark of interpretive storytelling in a scientific and natural setting.
