We managed the procurement of an international team to design and install new interventions for AlUla’s heritage sites – Hegra, Dadan and Jabal Ikmah – including interpretation in the landscape, branded coaches and refreshed visitor centres.

These improvements to the visitor offer were completed on an accelerated timeline to open for the AlUla winter season 2019.

We also managed a conceptual options study for the historic Old Town and the Hejaz Railway historic sites within the county, contributing to the overall re-imagining of AlUla as a tourist destination.
